1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the MadeHit™ platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our digital products.

2. Intellectual Property & License

All content within the DJ Blueprint™ and the Execution App is the exclusive property of MadeHit Digital Systems. Upon purchase, we grant you a single-user license. You may not share, redistribute, or resell any part of our systems. Violation of this will result in immediate termination of access without refund.

3. Use of the Execution App

The App is provided as a tool for brand auditing and career management. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. We reserve the right to monitor account activity to prevent unauthorized multi-user access.

4. Disclaimer of Results

While MadeHit™ provides professional-grade tools and frameworks, we do not guarantee specific career outcomes, financial earnings, or club bookings. Your success depends on your talent, dedication, and individual application of the system.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be resolved in the competent courts of Lisbon.
